The nearest beach in Zablaće is 100 metres from the door, about a two minute walk. Šibenik's old town is 7 km away, roughly ten minutes by car. Close enough for an afternoon in the city, far enough that the evenings stay quiet.

Six, in three bedrooms, with two full bathrooms. The house is 85 m² across two floors. Parking is free: one private space on the property, plus free public spaces 50 metres away if you arrive with a second car.

It is set up for them. The garden is fenced and private, with a shaded terrace, a stone BBQ and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. We do not charge an extra guest fee for families of up to six.

A market, a bakery and a few Dalmatian konobas are within a 150 metre walk, in the centre of Zablaće. The Amadria Park beaches and Aquapark Dalmatia are a few minutes by car.

Yes. Booking direct skips the commission those platforms add, so this is the lowest rate we offer. You also deal with Hrvojka directly rather than through a messaging system.

Cancel more than 30 days before check-in and you get a full refund. Plans change, and we would much rather hear about it early.

No. The rate covers utilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and the final clean at the end of your stay. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, tell us when you book and we will do whatever the cleaning schedule allows.
