The essentials

The things that matter most

In all three bedrooms and the living room. In July and August you will use it, and it is included in the rate rather than metered.

Throughout the house and out on the terrace. Fast enough to stream in the evening, or work a morning if you have to.

One space inside the fence, free, no permit needed. Free public parking 50 metres away if you arrive in two cars.

Dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, ice machine, and a spice rack that is actually stocked. You can cook properly here, not just reheat.

Fenced and private, with a stone BBQ, a long table under the pergola, and an outdoor shower by the door.

A washing machine and the powder to go with it, which matters more than people expect on a two week stay with children.

Beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
The rate includes all utilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and end-of-stay cleaning.
