Two air-conditioned floors, three bedrooms, and a walled garden built around a stone BBQ and a long table. The beach is a two minute walk. Krka National Park is a morning drive. Most guests come for a week and spend the evenings outside.

The garden
Fenced, planted, and yours alone for the week. There is a stone BBQ that gets used, a long table under the pergola, a shaded lounge for the hot part of the afternoon, and an outdoor shower for rinsing the salt off before you go inside.

Inside the house
Three bedrooms over two floors, air conditioning in all of them, and two full bathrooms so nobody queues in the morning. Two rooms have queen beds, the third has two singles. The kitchen is properly equipped, down to the spice rack, because most people here cook at least half their meals.

The sea, 100 metres away
The Zablaće beaches are at the end of the street, so the car can stay parked all week if you want it to. There is a path along the water for walking in the evening, when the village is at its best.

Where you actually are
Zablaće is a working village on a small peninsula, not a resort strip. The Amadria Park beaches and Aquapark Dalmatia are close enough for a day out when the children need one, and far enough that you do not hear them.
Šibenik and its cathedral are 7 km away. Krka National Park and Skradin make an easy day trip, and the boats to the car-free islands of Zlarin and Prvić leave from the Šibenik waterfront.
Split and Zadar airports are both under an hour away, which is worth knowing before you book flights.

How far is the beach, and how far is Šibenik?
The nearest beach in Zablaće is 100 metres from the door, about a two minute walk. Šibenik's old town is 7 km away, roughly ten minutes by car. Close enough for an afternoon in the city, far enough that the evenings stay quiet.
How many people sleep here, and is there parking?
Six, in three bedrooms, with two full bathrooms. The house is 85 m² across two floors. Parking is free: one private space on the property, plus free public spaces 50 metres away if you arrive with a second car.
Is the house good for families?
It is set up for them. The garden is fenced and private, with a shaded terrace, a stone BBQ and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. We do not charge an extra guest fee for families of up to six.
What is nearby for food and shopping?
A market, a bakery and a few Dalmatian konobas are within a 150 metre walk, in the centre of Zablaće. The Amadria Park beaches and Aquapark Dalmatia are a few minutes by car.
